Farrell Faber and Associates
Rae grew up in the Pacific Northwest and Northern California. She received her M.F.A. in Interior Architecture and Design in 2015 from Academy of Art University in San Francisco. She had previously worked with an award winning design build firm and custom fine furniture maker. Rae enjoys creating welcoming and warm interiors that reflect the personalities of her clients and feels that interior design is a collaborative process between homeowner and designer. Her passion for design stems from her passion to lead a full life of travel, adventure, good food, great books, and beautiful creations. Rae lives in Sonoma Valley with her husband, their 9 year old, and three cats. She spends most weekends making her husband remodel their tiny house and gardening.
As part of its ongoing desire to provide complete service to our clients, Farrell Faber and Associates is proud to add another facet to its repertoire. For many years and for many homes, Kevin and Shaun have informally assisted their clients with everything from color selection to choosing cabinets, tile, and appliances. Finally, with the addition to our staff of Rae Petenes and Jessica Ivie, Farrell Faber and Associates is now able to offer complete and comprehensive Interior Design services.
Farrell Faber and Associates now offering Interior Design services!
Jessica is a native of Sonoma County. After taking interior design classes at Santa Rosa Junior College, she moved to San Francisco. While going to San Francisco State University for her Bachelors in Interior Design, she worked for a number of reputable designers, as well as custom furniture showrooms and real estate staging. Since graduating in 2014 and moving back to Sonoma County, she is eager to share her eye for beauty, harmony and functionality to the homes she designs. She strives to create a contemporary, classic home- a place that feels fresh, yet ages gracefully through the years. Ultimately, good design emerges when the personality and lifestyle of her clients shine through in an interesting, innovative manner.
